Deliveries within the USA

All US Deliveries are via USPS priority mail services.USPS priority mail delivers within a window of 2-4 business days (2-6 calendar days). Orders will be dispatched from Phoenix, Arizona within 48 hours of order. USPS will will generate a tracking number specific to your package which can be used online to check the status of your order. We will provide your tracking number via email within 48 hours of dispatch. If your order is damaged during shipping please use the warranty form.

Deliveries within Canada

All deliveries are via Canada Post expedited parcel standard service. If deliveries are required within two business days we can offer UPS expedited service for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information. Canada Post standard expedited parcel service delivers within a window of 5-15 business days (7-21 calendar days). Our shipments will always be dispatched within 3 business days but typically within 48 hours of order. Our primary warehousing and distribution centre is located in the Greater Toronto Area. Canada Post will generate a tracking number specific to your package which can be used online to check the status of your order. We will provide your tracking number via email within 48 hours of dispatch. If your order is damaged during shipping please use the warranty form.

If your order has not arrived within the shipping window please contact us directly so that we can resolve it. Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipment to APO or FPO boxes. We do offer wordwide shipping and can provide a shipping quote if you contact us with your requirements.
