The Green MacGyver is all about using ordinary materials we can easily find to create unorthodox solutions to the consumption problems we face. Our first example is a terrarium which uses a 2 litre soda pop bottle. You can plant just about any kind of seed in this terrarium plus it’s a great eco friendly craft to do with kids. Children love to see the plants growing and it will encourage resourcefulness in them. There are three R’s to green living and all the entries in our Green MacGyver eco friendly crafts series will recognize the importance of “REUSE”.
