Beyond that, the 0.14 oz $20 USD/$22.86 CDN lipstick was named one of the 2009 InStyle Best Beauty Buys.

Maybe twenty dollars on a lipstick seems like a lot to the budget conscience majority, but it is one of the few little splurges you can enjoy in a recession without feeling guilty.
